Logan Verner
CEO
With over 12 years of experience in the Nephrology billing space, Logan leads The Grant Group (TGG) with a vision rooted in efficiency and innovation. Prior to joining TGG, Logan spent 10 years as an Institutional Equity Trader, a role that honed his ability to thrive in fast- paced, high-stakes environments. This experience has allowed him to bring a unique approach to leadership at TGG, where a balance of precision and agility drives the company forward. Logan considers himself “first among equals” and values the family-like atmosphere that defines the company culture at TGG. This collaborative approach helps foster a close-knit, supportive environment where every team member is encouraged to contribute and grow. Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife of 19 years and their three daughters. He’s also an avid bird hunter and values time spent outdoors with close friends.
Tanya Terry
Accounts Receivable Manager
Tanya Terry is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 20 years of industry experience, blending clinical knowledge with extensive expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Having spent her initial 10 years on the clinical side, Tanya transitioned into RCM, where she has excelled for the past 11 years, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivables (A/R) management. Currently, she serves as the Accounts Receivables Manager at The Grant Group. Areas of Expertise: • Full Revenue Cycle Management: Skilled in end-to-end RCM processes, ensuring smooth billing operations, payment collections, and efficient claim resolution. • Accounts Receivables Management: Specializes in optimizing A/R processes, minimizing outstanding payments, and improving cash flow. • Multi-Specialty Experience: Proven success managing accounts in Nephrology, OB-GYN, General Practice, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). • Process Improvement & Policy Development: Played a pivotal role in establishing policies, procedures, and workflows that enhance productivity, prevent denials, and align with best practices. • Employee Training and Development: Dedicated to educating and training employees to adhere to policies, driving team efficiency and competency. Tanya holds the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification, which underscores her commitment to compliance and accuracy in coding practices within healthcare finance. Outside of work, Tanya cherishes time with her family, which includes her three grown sons and three grandchildren (two boys and one girl). She enjoys exploring new culinary experiences, dining out, and spending time in the great outdoors, especially kayaking and paddleboarding with friends.

With 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management leadership, Burton has dedicated his career to building high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and driving the success of nephrology practices. His expertise lies in navigating the complexities of revenue cycle management, ensuring that practices not only thrive financially but also provide the best possible care to their patients. Through strategic planning, innovative solutions, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by nephrology practices, Burton has consistently helped clients achieve optimal operational efficiency and financial health. Outside of work, when not spending time with his wife and four children, Burton enjoys training Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
Dana Robling
Cash Specialist Manager
Dana Robling brings over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in accounting and insurance payment posting. She has held various roles, including Cash Specialist, Cash Specialist Manager, and Bookkeeper for multiple private physician practices. Currently, Dana serves as the Cash Specialist Manager at The Grant Group. Dana has extensive experience in developing and implementing processes to optimize cash flow through effective reconciliation practices. Her strong understanding of the cash flow process enables her to quickly identify and address issues that require attention. Over the years, Dana has gained proficiency in a variety of Practice Management systems, Provider Portals, and third-party payment processing systems. She excels at utilizing available resources to enhance operational efficiency. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She also volunteers to help run the youth baseball league in her town. Dana is certified in canine behavior and has dedicated time to training and fostering dogs. She enjoys talking with people about their pets and helping anyone who is struggling with their pet-related challenges.
Amanda Crouch
VP
Amanda Crouch brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in coding, auditing, and revenue cycle management. Throughout her career, Amanda has held key roles, including coding auditor, physician educator, coding manager, and director of revenue cycle management. She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at The Grant Group, where she oversees and coordinates coding, auditing, and revenue cycle activities for physicians nationwide, ensuring maximized reimbursement in a cost-effective and compliant manner. Amanda is highly skilled in training billers, coders, physicians, and client staff on current coding issues. She has developed and implemented policies and procedures designed to prevent avoidable denials, increase productivity, and maintain high-quality standards. Her responsibilities also include physician chart auditing, creating physician education tools and materials, and reviewing denial trends for all major payers. Amanda holds several certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), including Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), and Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC). Since 2018, she has actively contributed to the Renal Physicians Association (RPA) as a coding expert and speaker at the RPA Annual Conferences. Her diverse experience spans the revenue cycle management of multiple medical specialties, including nephrology, interventional radiology, cardiology, vascular, OB/GYN, bariatrics, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and long-term care. Amanda is proficient in several practice management and electronic medical record (PM/EMR) systems, such as Epic and Acumen powered by Epic. A trusted expert in nephrology, Amanda is known for her proven results, commitment to compliance, transparency, and staying current on policy changes that impact revenue cycle management in nephrology.
